Excerpt from The Ontario Weekly Notes, 1922, Vol. 28 The applications were read as called for, and in the first ballot it appeared that Mr. Bertram Holford Ardagh had received the majority of all the votes cast. Mr. Ardagh was accordingly declared appointed. It was resolved that the salary of the Secretary should be fixed at per annum, at the rate of $300 per month.
