The roughness and similarity measure for two different information in the same universal set is useful in explaining the strength and completeness of the information given. Then, for rough neutrosophic multisets environment, the lower and upper approximation was a concerned property to study in explaining the roughness of the information needed. Meanwhile, the vectorial models of information which are cosine measure and dice measure represent the result for the similarity measure of rough neutrosophic multisets. The finding of this set theory gives a new generalization about similarity measure for multiple information involving indeterminacy information in the same environment. Besides that, the rough neutrosophic multisets theory also applicable set-in decision making for medical diagnosis. The comparison result showed that the roughness approximation of information is essential to get the best result in a close similarity measure.

In this paper, we define a rough cosine similarity measure between two rough neutrosophic sets. The notions of rough neutrosophic sets (RNS) will be used as vector representations in 3D-vector space. The rating of all elements in RNS is expressed with the upper and lower approximation operator and the pair of neutrosophic sets which are characterized by truth-membership degree, indeterminacy-membership degree, and falsity-membership degree. A numerical example of the medical diagnosis is provided to show the effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed method.

As a generalization of fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets have been developed to represent uncertain, imprecise, incomplete, and inconsistent information existing in the real world. And interval neutrosophic sets (INSs) have been proposed exactly to address issues with a set of numbers in the real unit interval, not just a specific number. However, there are fewer reliable operations for INSs, as well as the INS aggregation operators and decisionmakingmethod. For this purpose, the operations for INSs are defined and a comparison approach is put forward based on the related research of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) in this paper. On the basis of the operations and comparison approach, two interval neutrosophic number aggregation operators are developed. Then, amethod formulticriteria decisionmaking problems is explored applying the aggregation operators. In addition, an example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed method.

In this volume there is set forth the text of the Pro ceedings of the Third International Conference on Sintering and Related Phenomena, which conference was held at the University of Notre Dame on June 5-7, 1972. This conference was the seventh in the series of University Conferences on Ceramic Science organized yearly by a happy "confederation" of four institutions; North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina; the University of California, Berkeley, California; Alfred University, Alfred, New York; and the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana. The 1972 Conference at Notre Dame was devoted to prob lems of sintering and allied phenomena. Previous gatherings at Notre Dame took place in 1954 and 1965. The proceedings of the first Notre Dame Conference were not published by reason of the conviction that a free forum similar in spirit to the Gordon Conferences should prevail. However, discus sions of the second Conference were preserved for posterity in a rather substantial volume (894 pp) published by Gordon and Breach in 1967. As the spirit of free exchange of ideas was not diminished by threat of publication of the revela tions of the second Notre Dame Conference, we deemed it just that the 1972 Proceedings be made public. Thus the present volume is a report upon progress realized in our science during the past six years.

Advanced data structures is a core course in Computer Science which most graduate program in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, and other allied engineering disciplines, offer during the first year or first semester of the curriculum. The objective of this course is to enable students to have the much-needed foundation for advanced technical skill, leading to better problem-solving in their respective disciplines. Although the course is running in almost all the technical universities for decades, major changes in the syllabus have been observed due to the recent paradigm shift of computation which is more focused on huge data and internet-based technologies. Majority of the institute has been redefined their course content of advanced data structure to fit the current need and course material heavily relies on research papers because of nonavailability of the redefined text book advanced data structure. To the best of our knowledge well-known textbook on advanced data structure provides only partial coverage of the syllabus. The book offers comprehensive coverage of the most essential topics, including: Part I details advancements on basic data structures, viz., cuckoo hashing, skip list, tango tree and Fibonacci heaps and index files. Part II details data structures of different evolving data domains like special data structures, temporal data structures, external memory data structures, distributed and streaming data structures. Part III elucidates the applications of these data structures on different areas of computer science viz, network, www, DBMS, cryptography, graphics to name a few. The concepts and techniques behind each data structure and their applications have been explained. Every chapter includes a variety of Illustrative Problems pertaining to the data structure(s) detailed, a summary of the technical content of the chapter and a list of Review Questions, to reinforce the comprehension of the concepts. The book could be used both as an introductory or an advanced-level textbook for the advanced undergraduate, graduate and research programmes which offer advanced data structures as a core or an elective course. While the book is primarily meant to serve as a course material for use in the classroom, it could be used as a starting point for the beginner researcher of a specific domain.

A collection of papers from multiple authors. In 2019 and 2020 Smarandache [1, 2, 3, 4] generalized the classical Algebraic Structures to NeutroAlgebraic Structures (or NeutroAlgebras) {whose operations and axioms are partially true, partially indeterminate, and partially false} as extensions of Partial Algebra, and to AntiAlgebraic Structures (or AntiAlgebras) {whose operations and axioms are totally false}. The NeutroAlgebras & AntiAlgebras are a new field of research, which is inspired from our real world. In classical algebraic structures, all axioms are 100%, and all operations are 100% well-defined, but in real life, in many cases these restrictions are too harsh, since in our world we have things that only partially verify some laws or some operations. Using the process of NeutroSophication of a classical algebraic structure we produce a NeutroAlgebra, while the process of AntiSophication of a classical algebraic structure produces an AntiAlgebra.
