Download A Novel Single-Valued Neutrosophic Set Similarity Measure and Its Application in Multicriteria Decision-Making Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
The single-valued neutrosophic set is a subclass of neutrosophic set, and has been proposed in recent years. An important application for single-valued neutrosophic sets is to solve multicriteria decision-making problems.

Download Multiple-criteria Decision-making Based on the Use of Single-valued Neutrosophic Sets and Similarity Measures Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
As the generalization of the fuzzy and similar sets based on Fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets provide significant possibilities in the case of solving complex decision problems, often related to uncertainty and unreliability. Neutrosophic sets use three values named the truth degree, the indeterminacy degree and the falsity degree, which allow for a more accurate evaluation of alternatives in relation to complex evaluation criteria. As a result of their application in solving numerous different decision-making problems, several approaches to their ranking have been proposed. Therefore, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of the approaches to the ranking of single-valued neutrosophic numbers and a comparison of the results obtained by using them. Finally, numerical illustrations are given.

Download Multi-criteria decision making method based on similarity measures under single-valued neutrosophic refined and interval neutrosophic refined environments Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
In this paper, we propose three similarity measure methods for single-valued neutrosophic refined sets and interval neutrosophic refined sets based on Jaccard, Dice and Cosine similarity measures of single-valued neutrosophic sets and interval neutrosophic sets.

Download Similarity Measures of Quadripartitioned Single Valued Bipolar Neutrosophic Sets and Its Application in Multi-Criteria Decision Making Problems Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
In this paper, a definition of quadripartitioned single valued bipolar neutrosophic set (QSVBNS) is introduced as a generalization of both quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic sets (QSVNS) and bipolar neutrosophic sets (BNS). There is an inherent symmetry in the definition of QSVBNS. Some operations on them are defined and a set theoretic study is accomplished. Various similarity measures and distance measures are defined on QSVBNS. An algorithm relating to multi-criteria decision making problem is presented based on quadripartitioned bipolar weighted similarity measure. Finally, an example is shown to verify the flexibility of the given method and the advantage of considering QSVBNS in place of fuzzy sets and bipolar fuzzy sets.

Download Similarity Measure of Refined Single-Valued Neutrosophic Sets and Its Multicriteria Decision Making Method Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
This paper introduces a refined single-valued neutrosophic set (RSVNS) and presents a similarity measure of RSVNSs. Then a multicriteria decisionmaking method with RSVNS information is developed based on the similarity measure of RSVNSs.

Download A novel divergence measure and its based TOPSIS method for multi criteria decision-making under single-valued neutrosophic environment Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
The theme of this work is to present an axiomatic definition of divergence measure for single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). The properties of the proposed divergence measure have been studied. Further, we develop a novel technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method for solving single-valued neutrosophic multi-criteria decision-making with incomplete weight information. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the proposed approach and to present its effectiveness and practicality.

Download Multi-criteria decision making method based on the single valued neutrosophic sets Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
In this paper, a new tangent similarity between single valued neutrosophic sets is given, which contain tangent similarity [23] as a special case. A best-worst multi-criteria decision making method based on the single valued neutrosophic sets is proposed. To achieve this goal, we design an algorithm to identify the best andworst criteria through computing the outdegrees and in-degrees of the collective single valued neutrosophic preference relation directed network, and then calculate the optimal weight vector of attributes. Moreover, a mathematical model corresponding to the definitions of consistent single valued neutrosophic preference relation is contracted. Finaly, the evaluation values of all alternatives are calculated by the proposed new tangent similarity.

Download On Some Similarity Measures of Single Valued Neutrosophic Rough Sets. Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
In this paper we have obtained the similarity measures between single valued neutrosophic rough sets by analyzing the concept of its distance between them and studied its properties. Further we have studied its similarity based on its membership degrees and studied its properties. We have also defined the cardinality of two single valued neutrosophic rough sets. A numerical example in medical diagnosis is given for the proposed similarity measure of the single valued neutrosophic rough sets which helps us to prove the usefulness and flexibility of the proposed method.

Download Fuzzy Multi-criteria Decision-Making Using Neutrosophic Sets Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle
This book offers a comprehensive guide to the use of neutrosophic sets in multiple criteria decision making problems. It shows how neutrosophic sets, which have been developed as an extension of fuzzy and paraconsistent logic, can help in dealing with certain types of uncertainty that classical methods could not cope with. The chapters, written by well-known researchers, report on cutting-edge methodologies they have been developing and testing on a variety of engineering problems. The book is unique in its kind as it reports for the first time and in a comprehensive manner on the joint use of neutrosophic sets together with existing decision making methods to solve multi-criteria decision-making problems, as well as other engineering problems that are complex, hard to model and/or include incomplete and vague data. By providing new ideas, suggestions and directions for the solution of complex problems in engineering and decision making, it represents an excellent guide for researchers, lecturers and postgraduate students pursuing research on neutrosophic decision making, and more in general in the area of industrial and management engineering.
