This document is a technical appendix to the Puget Sound Dredged Disposal Analysis (PSDDA) Management Plan Report and Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Phase I study area (central Puget Sound). The appendix was prepared by the Disposal Site Work Group (DSWG), assigned the responsibility for identifying potential unconfined, open-water dredged material disposal sites. Part I of the Disposal Site Selection Technical Appendix contains introductory and conceptual information for the remaining parts of the document.
