Three Prayers A Day

In this work Olivier Clement comments on three traditional prayers. The author's intention is to discern, within the depths of the texts themselves a trinitarian revelation, the ways of communion. The other prayers are familiar in the Eastern tradition: first the prayer of the Holy Spirit which, in the Byzantine rite, precedes any liturgical action, and on a more personal level, any work of reflection or witness. The final prayer is characteristic of the services of Great Lent and sums up the interior struggle for trust, humility and respect for each other.

Here is what the bible says about the word of God: "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Hebrews 4: 12(NKJV) "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17 (NKJV). When you hear yourself pray it will help you to believe what you are praying for! In addition to your own scriptures each page starts with an additional scripture at the top of the page and I promise you God will speak directly to you. He has a specific and wonderfully unique plan for your life. The first part of the book contains a true story from the book Angelic Encounters: Enlisting Help from Heaven and a bible lesson to get you started. God loves you. He wants to speak to you. He wants to guide, direct and answer your prayers. He has an amazing plan for your life!
