This work analyzes the relationship between educational planning and the law, and provides the planner or administrator with invaluable tools for the elaboration and implementation of policies and reforms. The author presents the legal aspects of the different elements that make up the school system, and studies them in the context of the types of problems encountered by educational planners today.
