The Impact Of New Agricultural Technology On Income Distribution In The Aligarh District Of Uttar Pradesh India

This book attempts to investigate whether there had been any significant change in the pattern of cropping, production, yield, farm income, per capita farm income, the level of employment of farm labour and also about the education level of farmer's family, standard of living of farmers family, expenditure on health, education, newspapers, entertainment and festivals etc. over time due to the adoption of New Agricultural Technology by the farmers. The first part discusses the significance of study, an appraisal of some of the past studies on income, employment, social factor and states the major hypotheses which have guided the study are given.
