"This study explored the contextual factors contributing to teachers' high-level integration of technology in technology rich schools, examined the barriers that inhibit teachers from integrating the technology at a high-level, and investigated how teachers perceive the impact of their technology usage on student knowledge and skills....In the quantitative portion of the study, survey data was collected nationally from [K-12] teachers who had a 21st Century Classroom setup: teacher laptop with internet access, ceiling-mounted LCD projector, Whiteboard, document camera, Student Response Systems, and an audio system. In the qualitative portion of the study, interviews were conducted with a purposely chosen sub-sample of teachers who had completed the survey and had also agreed to a follow-up interview"--Leaf iii.
