Swami came into my life in 1988. Over the years, I have written down everything that I found to be important for spiritual development and regarding the future, the Golden Age as Swami calls it, which is going to last 1000 years and will be here soon. That is when PREMA SAI (Prema=Love) will be here around 2033. There will be peace!Just to explain for anyone who isn't aware of Sai Baba: He comes in a triple incarnation to help our world to transit into the Golden Age. First as SHIRDI SAI BABA, then as SATHYA SAI BABA and last as PREMA SAI BABA. Sathya Sai Baba passed away in 2011. I cannot tell you exactly from which speeches I took all the quotes, please forgive me that omission. I took the liberty to include a small part of Mr. Popat's speech which he gave in 2015 in Puttaparthi. I find he is a very good speaker; I was in India once when he also gave a speech, I think it was in 2010 when Canada went on a pilgrimage to see Swami after He invited us. There were approx. 1200 people that went! Most photos in this book are from the 2010 pilgrimage to Puttaparthi. Mr. Popat is quite close to Swami and he lives in the UK. I hope to be of help to all of you with this book!

Hinduism, as it comes across in this book, is a robust, joyful religion, amazingly in step with the most advanced thinking of modern times, in love with life, deeply human as well as humane, delightfully aware of your personal life's needs–or so it seems, for the teaching in this book is no abstraction: It is down-to-earth and pressingly immediate. Swami Kriyananda's inspired, entertaining, energetic writing style make this book delightful reading for anyone interested in spirituality and the deeper meanings of religion. A master of word imagery, he brings order to the seeming chaos of symbols and deities in Hinduism. This book reveals the underlying teachings from which the symbols arise, truths inherent in all religions, and their essential purpose: the direct inner experience of God.

Each one of His direct disciples, while giving to the world His great message of the Harmony of all Religions, embodied in himself, a part of the highest ideal of the Master's All-sided Perfection.Sri Swami Nirmalanandaji embodied the ideal of purity, and he naturally represented the strength and fearlessness resulting' from that purity. The Gospel of Strength is what the world in general, and India in particular, needs most at this present epoch. "His Life and Teachings" have therefore a special value now, and the publishers feel confident that the readers will get the needed inspiration from the soul-stirring example and the life-giving words of this Spiritual Hero.
