As often as they take dinner or food they shall give thanks to God. Concerning Sacramental Confession and the recep tion of Holy Communion, they shall observe the decree of Nicholas iv.-namely, to confess and communicate three times a year, or otherwise keep the statutes of their superiorsq ordained hereupon.
