Report And Recommendations Of The Supreme Court Of Ohio Task Force On Access To Justice

The Supreme Court Task Force on the Funding of Ohio Courts was charged with identifying the method and manner by which Ohio courts are funded, determining the long term efficacy of the current funding models, and reviewing possible alternatives that might provide sustained and consistent funding for Ohio courts. For the past three years the Task Force has worked to meet its charge, engaging in various activities and exercises that culminates in this report.
