The Most Sacred Freedom includes eight essays that were first presented at the 2014 A. V. Elliott Conference on Great Books and Ideas, the seventh annual conference sponsored by Mercer University's Thomas C. and Ramona E. McDonald Center for America's Founding principles. Together, these essays explore the great principle of religious liberty by charting its development in the Western tradition and reconsidering its place at America's founding. MESSAGE OF THE WRITERI have written this book primarily to explain that the faith based systematic discrimination is an evil and is a first assault on religious liberty and freedom, which is the religious persecution because it damages the both mind and body of the victim. And for a purpose of giving a message to the West why, where and when, their role to use power for the Word of God becomes needful; and where and when, to what extent, and for who, their role to use power for religious liberty and freedom is required. We are thankful for the U.S.A and the West for their use of the political power to save the world from terrorism and their earnest work for religious freedom. In this human world every man is in search of a life with liberty and without external repression, which is not feasible in this hostile world until someone endeavors for it. Everyone want respect and dignity of his rights, but it is also everybody's responsibility to endorse the respect and dignity of others' rights too. The consequential purpose of this writing is to highlight the roots of instigation for violation of the precious right of religious liberty and freedom, and also that harmful factors of religion which are for instigation to promote extremism and terrorism ; and to assist the world authorities that they take timely their earnest steps to use political power for the removal of those basic harmful factors of a religion or a faith and of a non-religion or no faith, particularly which are in written form and mentioned in the sacred text of a religion. Those harmful factors are firstly the reasons of violation of religious liberty and freedom, and secondly are the reasons of promotion of hatred, violence, extremism and terrorism in the world, they are enemy of peace and love. Man has one life in this world which must be granted him to spend peacefully and no one be given right to take his life simply due to faith difference. We should all be support for those, who are suffering in jails due to faith, who are persecuted due to faith, who are suffering by systematic discrimination due to faith, with this purpose there are being genocide by their killing, forced conversion or forced exodus.I urge all religious, political and human rights leadership, please be a voice for those victims of violations and also collectively find a continuing solution by condemning those Perpetrators, who use their religion or faith as a tool for persecution of other religion or faith believers.1 Peter 3:10-11For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

In The Crisis of Religious Liberty:Reflections from Law, History, and Catholic Social Thought, contributors consider a series of significant challenges to the freedom of religious conscience and expression in the United States today. Such challenges include the mandate from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services concerning contraceptive, sterilization, and abortifacient coverage in health insurance plans; the question of health-care institutions requiring medical personnel to participate in morally objectionable procedures contrary to their religious beliefs; legal liability for individuals and businesses refusing on religious grounds to provide services for same-sex marriages; the prohibition on students from engaging in religious expression in public schools; the use of zoning laws to block Bible studies in private homes; and a variety of other issues that have surfaced in recent years with respect to religious freedom. Is religious freedom being curtailed in pursuit of equality, and the outlawing of discrimination? Is enough effort made to accommodate those motivated by a religious conscience? All rights matter but at times the right to put religious beliefs into practice increasingly takes second place in the law of different countries to the pursuit of other social priorities. The right to freedom of belief and to manifest belief is written into all human rights charters. In the United States religious freedom is sometimes seen as 'the first freedom'. Yet increasingly in many jurisdictions in Europe and North America, religious freedom can all too easily be 'trumped' by other rights. Roger Trigg looks at the assumptions that lie behind the subordination of religious liberty to other social concerns, especially the pursuit of equality. He gives examples from different Western countries of a steady erosion of freedom of religion. The protection of freedom of worship is often seen as sufficient, and religious practices are separated from the beliefs which inspire them. So far from religion in general, and Christianity in particular, providing a foundation for our beliefs in human dignity and human rights, religion is all too often seen as threat and a source of conflict, to be controlled at all costs. The challenge is whether any freedom can preserved for long, if the basic human right to freedom of religious belief and practice is dismissed as of little account, with no attempt to provide any reasonable accommodation. Given the central role of religion in human life, unnecessary limitations on its expression are attacks on human freedom itself.
