This book features selected research papers presented at the Third International Conference on Computing, Communications, and Cyber-Security (IC4S 2021), organized in Krishna Engineering College (KEC), Ghaziabad, India, along with Academic Associates; Southern Federal University, Russia; IAC Educational, India; and ITS Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, India, during October 30–31, 2021. It includes innovative work from researchers, leading innovators, and professionals in the area of communication and network technologies, advanced computing technologies, data analytics and intelligent learning, the latest electrical and electronics trends, and security and privacy issues.

ICICS 2001, the Third International Conference on Information and Commu- cations Security, was held in Xi’an, China, 13-16 November 2001. Among the preceding conferences, ICICS’97 was held in Beijing, China, 11-14 November 1997 and ICICS’99 in Sydney, Australia, 9-11 November 1999. The ICICS’97 and ICICS’99 proceedings were released as volumes 1334 and 1726 of Springer- Verlag’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. ICICS 2001 was sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the - tional Natural Science Foundation of China, and the China Computer Fe- ration. The conference was organized by the Engineering Research Center for Information Security Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (ERCIST, CAS) in co-operation with the International Association for Cryptologic Re- arch (IACR), the International Communications and Information Security - sociation (ICISA), and the Asiacrypt Steering Committee. The format of ICICS 2001 was selected to cover the complete spectrum of - formation and communications security, and to promote participant interaction. The sessions were designed to promote interaction between the major topics of the conference: theoretical foundations of security, secret sharing, network - curity, authentication and identi?cation, boolean functions and stream ciphers, security evaluation, signatures, block ciphers and public-key systems, infor- tion hiding, protocols and their analysis, and cryptanalysis. The 29-member Program Committee considered 134 submissions from 23 di- rent countries and regions, among them 56 papers were accepted for presentation.

This book provides insights into the 3rd International Conference on Communication, Devices and Computing (ICCDC 2021), which was held in Haldia, India, on August 16–18, 2021. It covers new ideas, applications, and the experiences of research engineers, scientists, industrialists, scholars, and students from around the globe. The proceedings highlight cutting-edge research on communication, electronic devices, and computing and address diverse areas such as 5G communication, spread spectrum systems, wireless sensor networks, and signal processing for secure communication, error control coding, printed antennas, analysis of wireless networks, antenna array systems, analog and digital signal processing for communication systems, frequency selective surfaces, radar communication, and substrate integrated waveguide and microwave passive components, which are key to state-of-the-art innovations in communication technologies.

I would like to welcome all the participants to the 3rd International Conference on Information Security and Cryptology (ICISC 2000). It is sponsored by the Korea Institute of Information Security and Cryptology (KIISC) and is being held at Dongguk University in Seoul, Korea from December 8 to 9, 2000. This conference aims at providing a forum for the presentation of new results in research, development, and application in information security and cryptology. This is also intended to be a place where research information can be exchanged. The Call for Papers brought 56 papers from 15 countries and 20 papers will be presented in ve sessions. As was the case last year the review process was totally blind and the anonymity of each submission was maintained. The 22 TPC members nally selected 20 top-quality papers for presentation at ICISC 2000. I am very grateful to the TPC members who devoted much e ort and time to reading and selecting the papers. We also thank the experts who assisted the TPC in evaluating various papers and apologize for not including their names here. Moreover, I would like to thank all the authors who submitted papers to ICISC 2000 and the authors of accepted papers for their preparation of came- ready manuscripts. Last but not least, I thank my student, Joonsuk Yu, who helped me during the whole process of preparation for the conference. I look forward to your participation and hope you will nd ICISC 2000 a truly rewarding experience.
