Sometimes we have too much water. Floods ravage our homes, businesses, and farms, and we have to take measures to combat these adverse effects. Sometimes we have a shortage of water. This also affects our lives and daily habits. But, we take steps to alleviate this problem by building structures to store water during times of surplus for use in critically dry periods"--Page 1.
