The dam is a cut stone masonry dam with a central timber section. The dam is 131 ft. long and 14.7 ft. high. The spillway of the dam is considered to be inadequate in that it can only pass 26% of the spillway test flood without overtopping the dam. There are remedial actions which should be implemented by the owner within one year of the receipts of this report.

The dam is an earth embankment structure. The dam is 286 ft. long and 22 ft. high. The condition of the dam is fair in spite of a continued history of seepage through the dam that has not been eliminated by refacing the upstream side of the dam. The estimated PMF would overtop the dam by 6.6 ft. (Author).

The Souhegan River Watershed Dam No. 26 is located on Blood Brook, a tributary of the Souhegan River, approximately 2 miles upstream of West Wilton, New Hampshire. The dam is an earth embankment 692 feet long and 79 feet high with a drop inlet service spillway structure and a 30 inch outlet conduit. An emergency spillway 320 feet wide is cut into the left abutment.

The Souhegan River Watershed Dam No. 13 consists of two earth embankment sections known as the main dam and the east dike. The main dam is 500 ft. long and 13.5 ft. high with a drop inlet service spillway structure and a 30 inch outlet conduit. The east dike is 620 ft. long and 9.5 ft. high with no outlet facilities. An earth emergency spillway 112 ft. wide is cut into the right abutment. It is small in size with a significant hazard potential. The dam is in good condition at the present time. No conditions were observed which require further investigation. There are various remedial measures which must be implemented by the owner. The dam is about 720 ft. long and 35.5 ft. high. It is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. In the event of failure of the dam, there is the potential of significant property damage and loss of life could result. The dam is in good condition at the present time. No conditions were observed which require additional investigation. There are a few remedial measures which should be implemented by the owner.

Mirror Lake Dam is a concrete gravity dam housing two stoplog spillway bays with earth embankments extending to the east and west of the concrete structure. It is 290 ft. long with a hydraulic height of 11.5 ft. The dam is in poor condition. Trees and brush growing on the embankments, and a lack of erosion protection on the upstream slopes and crests of both embankments are of major concern. The dam has a hydraulic height of 19 ft., is 14 ft. wide, and is 450 ft. long. It is an earthen embankment supported by a concrete wall upstream face and a dry masonry wall downstream face reinforced by a six stone buttresses. The dam is in poor condition. The concrete dam is about 180 ft. long and is constructed on a circular arc. It is small in size with a low hazard potential classification. The dam is in fair condition. At the present time, there is no way to draw down the level of the reservoir. A program of annual technical inspections of the dam should be undertaken.

The dam is about 11 ft. high, and is about 1180 ft. long. The dam is in fair condition. It has an inadequate spillway discharge capacity. The stoplog spillway weir will pass 85 cfs, or about 4% of the test flood. There are various items which should be implemented by the owner. (Author).

Lake Franklin Pierce Dam consists of a central concrete gravity ogee spillway with earth dike embankments. Total length is 1,870 ft. and maximum height is 43 ft. The dam is assessed to be in fair condition. No serious problems were detected, although some suspicious seepage was noted which should be monitored closely. Overtopping potential is considered high.
