II. The General Conference shall consist of delegates annually elected by its constituent bodies, in the ratio of one delegate for three hundred church members, a fraction of more than one. Half being also represented by a delegate. Aa'r. III The constituent bodies shall be the several district ecclesiastical organizations by which the several churches may choose to be represented; provided that no two constituent bodies shall represent the same churches.
