"Hugs From The Heart" began as autobiographical bedtime story 'memories' meant to lighten the moods of dear friends, many of whom spend their lives providing care and support for others. A collection of memories from my past, observations from my own perspective, and encouragement for those darker moments everyone has every now and then, I've been told I 'write the way I talk', which I take as a compliment.
