God bless you and thank you for reading this book. This book came from by years of study, preaching and teaching God's word. Hours of prayer and fasting for a deeper understanding of God's mission vision and purpose for his people. The lord revealed to me a mighty move of God approaching us like a wave coming ashore from a hurricane of tsunami. In this next move of God, the church must retake some important terminologies back from the prosperity gospel movement. Through the health wealth and prosperity preaching in America the true Christ centered gospel guided God glorifying Christ has been sidelined. And the self-centered materialistic vainglorious imposters have taken center stage as the face of Christianity. But I believe their time is coming to a swift and abrupt end. In this book I will be imparting fresh revelation and activating the mission vision and passion of God in you as you read. We will be redefining words that have been misused by focusing on sound biblical doctrine. The first is the term success or successful. We, as Believers, Christians, and followers of Christ, tend to misunderstand success. We do not think that God really wants us to succeed. Nor do we understand how bad God wants us to succeed. We read the scriptures from the perspective that the Bible does not explicitly pertain to our lives. Although we willingly accept that the Bible can give us wisdom for our lives, we don't truly comprehend the powerful process by which God wants to bring about his purpose through them. God does want us to be successful; however, we must redefine success based upon God's terminology, not our terminology. So often, we do not see what success looks like from God's perspective because all we have is a success from our perspective. Success from this world's perspective is achievements, materialism, and comfort. Success is finding yourself sitting on a beach sipping Mai tais, drinking umbrella drinks, and having more money than you really need. We see success in buying bigger houses and driving a better car. We have even managed to convince ourselves that having these things makes us better witnesses for Christ because they make our lives appealing to others. However, what happens is people do not end up wanting to know Jesus, they just end up wanting to use Jesus to get those things that you have. Instead of them seeing what a successful disciple of Christ looks like, they end up trying manipulating Jesus to obtain the success of the world. This is where the prosperity gospel was born. Through selfish ambition and covetousness and the apostle Peter explain this in 2 Peter 2:3 (AMPC)"And in their covetousness (lust, greed) they will exploit you with false (cunning) arguments. From of old the sentence [of condemnation] for them has not been idle; their destruction (eternal misery) has not been asleep" That is why I am going to show you what it looks like to succeed according to sound biblical doctrine. For some, this definition is going to be hard to grasp. For others, this will be a breath of fresh air. So, let us dive into what it really means to be successful. Here is a scripture that you have heard in church, maybe you have quoted it yourself or heard it preached. Let me show you how your success is God's priority when his purpose is your priority. Let's examine these verses. Joshua 1:1-8 (NKJV) I need you to see the context, so stay with me, read carefully. "1 After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, it came to pass that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' assistant, saying: 2 "Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them--the children of Israel. 3 Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses. 4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the River Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the going down of the
