On Black Thursday, March 19, 2015, Kathy was hit with the unimaginable, that she had inoperable pancreatic cancer. She asked how much time she had left, and was told 4 months, maybe 6. She cried, she cursed, and she cried some more. After a few days, she pulled herself together, and decided to fight, and fight hard, if that's what it would take to beat the horrible invader that was threatening her life.
