OFCCP Federal Contractor Compliance Manual and Regulatory Documents 2016. This document provides regulatory information to assist contractors in complying with their obligations as federal contractors under the various Executive Orders and related regulatory guidance. The OFCCP Compliance Manual is used by OFCCP auditors to assess compliance of government contractors with their Affirmative Action obligations.
