D. 1893 Seventeenth - That part of the Eleventh ward lying north of the center line of West Lake street, and the Seventeenth and Eighteenth wards in the city of Chicago in the county of Cook, shall constitute the Seventeenth district. Eighteenth - The counties of Ford and Vermilion shall consti tute the Eighteenth district.
