6th International Conference On Civil Engineering For Sustainable Development Iccesd 2022

The Department of Civil Engineering, Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh has been successfully organizing the International Conference on Civil Engineering for Sustainable Development (ICCESD) biyearly since 2012. The sixth iteration of ICCESD was held February 10-12, 2022, at KUET Campus, Khulna, Bangladesh. These proceedings contain papers from all the major branches of Civil Engineering. The specific areas include Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and Water Resources Engineering.

This book consists of select proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Advances in Civil Engineering (ICACE 2022), covering various fields of civil engineering. Various topics covered in this book are construction and building materials, eco-friendly ground improvement, waste disposal technique, waste management, the durability of different concrete structures, environmental impact studies in relation to covid-19 pandemic, various aspects of foundation engineering, transport planning scenario in developing countries, highway materials and many more.
